Seus filmes de maior sucesso são Freaky Friday, de 2003, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, de 2004, Mean Girls, de 2004 e Herbie: Fully Loaded, um remake do filme Se Meu Fusca Falasse, em 2005.

Atualmente, Lindsay Lohan tem trabalhado no meio empresarial, lançando produtos como uma linha de leggings chamada 6126 e também sua linha de bronzeadores chamados Sevyn-Nine. Lindsay ainda pretender lançar uma linha de joias e tem um terceiro álbum a ser lançado.

Sinopse: Um grupo de mercenários é contratado para se infiltrar num país sul-americano e tirar do poder um ditador fora de controle.
